Kinnaka's blog just learnt that yesterday night, a Gendarmerie truck carrying Gendarmes (performing their daily routine of maintaining peace and order in Buea) got involve in a ghastly accident. Two people have already been confirmed dead and many people were injured.

After the accident happened, many people gathered at the scene. In order to prevent the secessionist from using the accident scene as a platform to propagate secessionist ideologies which might give birth to another street protest, gunshots were fired into the air by the forces of law and order to disperse the angry population.This morning we also learnt that Security forces have also mounted barricades on roads in Molyko, blocking circulation.
As of now, the true cause of the accident is unknown. Kinnaka's blog is still following up the story and more info will be released later.
