In order to beef up the fight against corruption in the health sector of Uganda, the Health Minister of Uganda; Sarah Opendi, disguised herself as a patient and visited the China-Naguru public hospital where it has been reported to her that patients have to bribe hospital staff to get treatment.
The lady putting on a veil is the Health Minister of Uganda on her way to the China-Naguru public hospital.

She went to the hospital and two of the nurses who were to attend to her, asked her for a bribe before she could see a doctor. According to reports from Ugandan dailies, the doctor and even lab attendants also asked for bribes when she saw them.

Vivian Nakalika Sserwanja, spokesperson for the ministry of health told The Ugandan that they have been arrested.

This is the most effective way to fight corruption in Africa especially Cameroon.
